Mark Oreschnick, President
Mark is the founder, owner, and President of Evolve Engineering LLC. With over 25 years working in and leading engineering and operations in small (4 employees) to large (15,000+ employees) companies he has gained valuable experience he will use to complete your project as efficiently as possible. Mark’s career has focused on developing products, processes, people, and businesses. While working as VP of R&D, his company was the Grand Prize winner of the Minnesota Cup and the Tekne Awards winner for the Med Tech division. Mark is also listed as inventor on one patent and multiple applications and pending patents. Mark is a hands-on engineer and leader who is comfortable assembling prototypes as well as developing a technology road map and budget to present to the board.
Scott Rouw, Vice President, Western Region
Scott has over 30 years of experience in the medical device industry, holding leadership positions in Research, New Product Development, Process Development, Operations Engineering, and Project Management. He has dedicated his career to medical device startup companies helping to not only engineer products (included on 10 patients to date) but he also has built and populated a company’s entire engineering infrastructure (Cardiovascular Systems, Inc).
